It is located at 1 Eglinton Square, Eglinton Avenue east and Victoria Park Avenue in Scarborough. The retail area of this mall is 279,000sq.ft. And there are around 80 retail outlets including the biggies like Metro, The Bay, Shoppers Drug Mart, Toys “R” Us Express, Watts Restaurants and Bar etc.

The responsibility of managing the mall has been given to Bentall Kennedy, one of the most successful real estate investment advisors in North America. They manage the interest of more than 550 institutional clients and investors.

The location of the shopping center is excellent in terms of the population. It is located in a highly populated area with around 47000 households within its 3 kilometer radius. This shopping center is surrounded by homes, apartments, condominiums and attracts visitors from Toronto’s downtown as well. There is plan for the Eglinton Light Rail Transit within the next few years which will have stops at Victoria Park, east of the shopping center and Pharmacy avenue west of the shopping center.

Parenting washrooms are also available near the regular washrooms. And there is facility of high chairs as well.

And some of the biggest stores are 20/20 vision care, Bently, Carmen’s unisex hairstyling, coles book store, Fashionrama, FIDO, KFC, McDonald, GNC, H&R Block, Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Virgin mobile, WIRELESS etc.
